Sid Chow, a native of Vancouver Island, has been a registered architect with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia for over 30 years. He was founding principal of Chow + Fleischauer Architects, and led the firm for more than 25 years. He has developed strong, on-going relationships with a wide range of corporate, educational and government sector clients including Vancouver Island University and the University of Victoria, and has successfully designed, managed and built a wide range of educational, institutional, recreational and residential projects in both the public and private sectors. As a talented “generalist” architect, Sid brings a broad range of skills and knowledge to each new project. He is as comfortable leading large, conceptual design collaborations and designing complex institutional projects as he is developing refined details and elegant spaces for personal custom homes.
