Chow Low Hammond architects inc is an architectural partnership in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with a reputation for exceptional client service, technical excellence and responsive design.

First established in 1985 (and incorporated in 1996), Chow Fleischauer Low architects evolved to become Chow Low Hammond architects in 2006. We have dedicated ourselves to exploring and understanding the unique vision of each client, and developing innovative design solutions that respond to the critical demands of the project, such as quality, inspiration, function, durability, economy and sustainability. Our projects throughout Vancouver Island and the mainland of British Columbia vary in scale, from houses and residential buildings, to complex institutional, community, and health care projects, to university laboratories, commercial buildings and interiors.
